Education takes all walks of life: awards, courses, and projects during or outside official schooling. Make your experience count to employers by credentialing it as a Merit Badge.

Merit Badge Submission Steps

Steps for Submitting Credentials for Merit Badges to Global Public Health Credentialing Board Inc:

Create an Account

Click button in the upper right corner that says "Register" to visit the Global Public Health Credentialing Board's LMS platform and sign up for an account. This account will serve as your platform to submit and manage your credentials.

Review Badge Categories

Review the Merit Badge's at the top of this page and identify the badges that align with your specific area of expertise and accomplishments.

Choose Merit Badges

Within your account, navigate to the section related to merit badges. Select the specific merit badges you are interested in applying for based on your expertise.

Gather Documentation

Collect all relevant documentation that demonstrates your work credentials, work experiences, research, and accomplishments in your field of expertise. This may include transcripts, certificates, program materials, publications, reports, and any other relevant proof of your achievements. Create a three minute minute outlining your expertise.

Complete Badge Application

For each selected merit badge, complete the application form provided on the website. This may involve providing your personal information, details about your work experiences, and an overview of your accomplishments.

Upload Documentation

Attach the relevant documentation to your application. Describe each piece of documentation you are submitting. Explain how it showcases your expertise, contributions, and accomplishments in the field of public health. Provide in a Word document or PDF. This could include transcripts, certificates, attendance records, research publications, or any other materials that validate your achievements.

Review and Verify

Double-check all the information and documents you've provided for accuracy and completeness. Make sure everything aligns with the merit badges you are applying for.

Pay Fees (if applicable)

Check if there are any application or processing fees associated with the merit badges. If required, make the necessary payment through the provided payment options.

Submit Application

Once you are satisfied with your application and all supporting documents, submit your application by clicking here. You will be directed to our Merit Badge Application Course.

Wait for Review

After submission, your application will be reviewed by the Global Public Health Credentialing Board Inc. This may involve verifying your documents and assessing your eligibility for the selected merit badges.

Receive Notification

You will be notified of the review outcome via the contact information you provided in your account. If your application is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. If your application is not approved you will receive feedback for re-submission. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for your submission to be reviewed.

Display Merit Badges

If your application is successful, you will be granted the merit badges associated with your expertise. These badges can be displayed on your social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to showcase your achievements to your professional network.
